Generously donated by Team Cone, the north-facing deck at The Heart of the Park offers a spacious area for relaxation and enjoyment. Visitors can savor food and drinks from the corner store while taking in views of the tennis courts and lake, or find shade under an umbrella. Beyond leisure, the Team Cone Deck and its surroundings will be a lively space featuring large outdoor games and a schedule of outdoor programming, including live music and community events.

The Team Cone Deck will be over 1,000 square feet and is available to rent for events.

Connected to the Corner Store, the Team Cone Deck will also host a large window for easy grab-and-go access to food and drinks.

The Team Cone Deck will feature tables with umbrellas for shade, as well as a covered patio alcove to escape the Florida sun.

Large outdoor games will activate the space around the building, along with outdoor programs such as live music, community events and recurring programming.
